The jacket is designed as a fast and intuitive layering solution, created to support those assisting people with disabilities or motor impairments, while promoting personal autonomy in dressing, including for wheelchair users.

A technical windproof and waterproof jacket, made from a lightweight, slightly semi-transparent, high-performance waxed fabric, engineered to ensure comfort and freedom of movement in all weather conditions. The material features a reactive surface that retains visible marks when moved or crumpled, evoking the rock formations of Matera and transforming movement into an aesthetic and identity-driven element.

Hidden zippers along the sides and under the arms, equipped with small pullers for enhanced grip, allow the jacket to fully open, improving accessibility and making dressing easier for everyone.

The central double-slider zipper in silver-finish metal features a metal ring with the MATERIA logo in braille, designed as a distinctive and accessible branding element while improving grip and ease of use.
