SEASON 1
Season 1 marks the transition from definition to positioning.
If Season 0 built the system, Season 1 puts it under pressure, testing its limits and expanding its language.
A body emerges from matter. It is not imposed, it integrates.
A smooth, artificial presence enters an irregular, porous environment, generating a tension between nature and construction, chaos and control, constraint and possibility.
This is not contrast. It is coexistence.
MATERIA evolves within this condition, moving between what exists and what can be transformed.
Season 1 does not add. It removes friction.
It reduces the distance between body, object, and action, defining a system that adapts, responds, and asserts presence.

ELEMENTS
A system designed to move with the body.
Not garments, but tools.
Each element is built to reduce friction between wearing and acting, integrating adaptive openings, ergonomic constructions, and intuitive closures.
Materials respond to movement, structure follows gesture.
The collection is not static.
It exists in use, in transition, in continuous interaction.
Form is never decorative.
It is always functional, necessary, precise.

STEALTH SYSTEM
A collaboration with HOKA that defines a shared language between performance and adaptive design.
Presented during Milano Fashion Week, the Stealth Tech Pack becomes an activated system, where footwear and apparel operate as one through movement.
The collection reveals itself in action, merging function and expression into a dynamic experience.
Adaptive solutions enhance usability and visibility, supporting different bodies without compromising precision.
A system that evolves with the body.
Where performance becomes inclusive and design becomes interaction.

FUNCTION IN ACTION
The STEALTH SYSTEM collection is built as an integrated system of garments and footwear, designed to operate together and in relation to the body.
Each element is developed to reduce friction between movement and use, through performance materials, adaptive openings, and lightweight constructions.
Reflective details and technical solutions enhance visibility, safety, and accessibility, amplifying the interaction between body and environment.
Design is not separate from function: each piece is conceived to be active, reactive, and transformable.
A collection that evolves with the wearer, where performance becomes inclusive and the system adapts to different bodies and contexts.

PARALYMPICS
MATERIA contributes to the Opening Ceremony of the Paralympic Games Milano Cortina 2026, translating its research into a real and collective context.
Not symbolic garments, but functional tools designed to respond to real needs.
The 3D printed shoe embodies this approach: a structure generated layer by layer, where light defines geometry and transforms matter into a precise and performative form.
Designed to be intuitive, lightweight, and accessible, it integrates ergonomic solutions that improve interaction, stability, and comfort.
From concept to impact.
Inclusion becomes tangible.

MATERIA BENJOMETRY
3D printing becomes a method, not an aesthetic.
Through the collaboration with Benjometry, MATERIA explores a system where objects are generated directly from data, exploring new 3D printing technologies, eliminating unnecessary steps and reducing waste.
Form is defined by function, pressure, and movement.
Structure follows performance.
Each piece is produced as a continuous form, without assembly, without excess.
A process that transforms digital precision into physical experience, where technology becomes accessibility, adaptability, and control.

PHYSIS
A return to the essential.
PHYSIS reduces complexity to restore a direct relationship between body and object.
No excess, no mediation. Only what is necessary.
Each element is designed for immediate understanding and intuitive use.
The system becomes lighter, clearer, more direct.
Not less design.
More precision.

FORMAE
FORMAE is the first line of design objects by MATERIA.
Objects that originate from the territory, inspired by the rock of Matera, its irregular and primitive surfaces.
An aesthetic that becomes function.
Forms are designed to be grasped and used, with surfaces that enhance grip and geometries that guide gesture.
Each object is conceived to be accessible and intuitive.
Produced through 3D printing, they are created with zero waste, following a logic of precise and sustainable production.
An innovation that starts from origins.
From the past as living matter.
To innovate is to transform what exists, generating new possibilities.
